Welcome to Mystic Mail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mystic Mail website (the "Site"), our subscription mail service, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Mystic Mail ("we," "us," or "our") is a subscription-based mail service that delivers personalized content — including tarot, Gene Keys, and astrology-based readings — by physical post.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when subscribing
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

Mystic Mail offers a monthly subscription that includes:

  • A personalized, hand-prepared letter delivered via physical mail
  • Spiritual content tailored to information you provide at sign-up (which may include birth date, name, location, or other details relevant to your reading)

Content Disclaimer. All readings, interpretations, and content provided by Mystic Mail are intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional advice — including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic guidance. You agree not to rely on Mystic Mail content for any such decisions.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

4.1 Subscription Plans

See the product page for specific plans and pricing. Shipping is included in the subscription price.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to that processor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will receive any letter already prepared or in the mailing queue for that cycle, and you will not be charged again thereafter.

4.5 Refunds

Because each letter is personalized and hand-prepared, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service failures on our end
  • Other circumstances we deem appropriate

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will apply to billing cycles beginning after we provide you with reasonable notice (at least 30 days) via email or the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

  • Letters are mailed on the last day of each month via USPS and international postal partners
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Once a letter is lodged with the postal service, delivery is outside our control
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by postal carriers

6. Account Information and Personalization

To deliver personalized content, you may provide us with information such as your name, birth date, time and place of birth, mailing address, and email address. You agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and mailing address up to date
  • We may use this information to generate your readings, as described in our Privacy Policy

If your mailing address changes, you must update it before the mailing date (the last day of the month) to ensure correct delivery. We are not responsible for letters sent to outdated addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service — including letter designs, written readings, artwork, branding, logos, and website content — is the property of Mystic Mail or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to enjoy the content delivered to you. You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish Mystic Mail content
  • Use our content to train AI or machine learning models
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted by Lovable, and payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider. We may also use other third-party services (such as email providers and shipping carriers) to deliver the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third parties, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any content delivered is accurate, complete, or reliable for any particular purpose
  • Spiritual or metaphysical content will produce any particular result or outcome

You acknowledge that spiritual content is inherently subjective and use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTIC MAIL AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mystic Mail and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any information you submit to the Service

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
