Question 1

What is Mystic Mail?

Accepted Answer

Mystic Mail is a monthly letter subscription. Each month, we hand-craft and mail you a thoughtful letter designed to help you slow down, reflect, and find a quiet moment for yourself.

Question 2

Is each letter personalized to me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the letter. The Reflection Letter is a shared monthly ritual — the same three-card tarot pull and Gene Keys reflection for every subscriber. The Insight Letter is written specifically for you, paired with your Gene Keys profile and the themes alive in your life right now. The Journey Letter includes your personalized Insight Letter plus a 30-minute audio recorded one-to-one.

Question 3

How do subscriptions work?

Accepted Answer

Pick the letter that speaks to you, subscribe, and we'll mail you a new letter every month. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — you can manage everything from your account.

Question 4

When will I receive my first letter?

Accepted Answer

Letters ship on the last day of each month (or the next business day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday). To receive that month's letter, subscribe by the last day of the month. Subscribe after that and your first letter will arrive in the next mailing cycle.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel anytime from your account, no questions asked. You'll continue to receive any letters already paid for in the current cycle.

Question 6

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. We mail to U.S. addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Question 7

How do I update my mailing address?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your account and update your address before the last day of the month to ensure your next letter ships to the right place.

Question 8

What if my letter doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We're sorry! Reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date via our contact page and we'll send a replacement.

Question 9

Are your letters fragrance free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We don't add any scents to any of our products. No perfume, no perfume paper, no essential oils, no incense, and no scented wax seals. Zero added scents.

Question 10

Can I send a letter as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. At checkout, choose the recipient's mailing address and add a short note. We'll handle the rest.

Question 11

What is Gene Keys?

Accepted Answer

Gene Keys is a spiritual, self-actualization system designed to help individuals unlock their higher purpose by contemplating 64 genetic archetypes, or keys, which represent both personal shadows and latent gifts. Developed by Richard Rudd.

Question 12

What is Human Design?

Accepted Answer

It's a holistic system that acts as an energetic blueprint, combining ancient wisdom (astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, Chakra system) and modern science (quantum mechanics, genetics) to help people live authentically.
